When the bottom button is applied alone it somewhat pushes the front of the jacket upwards and opens out the chest. It’s not a great look. (A small caveat is that if the suit is bespoke, chances are you can get away without it heavily affecting the jacket shape).

White sports socks with your suits are criminal. It’s very reminiscent of Michael Jackson (but he was a performal and also the King of pop so he’s cool). It has the worst contrast ever, so steer clear.
Men’s style is more than just about fashion, it embodies character too amongst other things. There has been an article that came out a while back that gave a list of rules that dictated what it meant to be a gentleman.
